LUPE's previous Pets release saw them don the Gladiatorial loin cloth to lay down a series of venomous acid strikes. Acid abounds again on their latest bombastic brace as the devious Dutch diviner pounds the drum and casts his musical spells.

Until The Drums Speak is a tale of two sounds. The caustic bubbling of its 303 foundations countered by the soft and spritely flourish of LUPE's melody. Both come together to craft an electrifying and magical fusion for the dancefloor.

On 'The Invocation', LUPE conjures syncopated synths and firing snares that slap us right in the hypothalamus in a fierce and fearless assault on the senses.

Closing the EP by reining the snares and adding a heady dose of windy city shuffle is label favourite, Alinka, who reworks The Invocation with her trade mark bump and twirl. Softening the edges with smooth keys while always maintaining the pace, she lays down a groove-heavy take on the blistering original.
